        I had an appointment for my son with Dr Ranguis on the 25/08. He was very professional and patient with my very active 3 year old. He explained his recommendation for surgery very clearly and how it would be beneficial for him. Thank you.

        My GP referred me to a specialist because my left ear is swollen and in pain. I called the clinic today, but they said that it will take two weeks before we can book an appointment! I did explain how on earth am going handle the pain for 2 weeks while my left ear getting worst every day? I got this reply: "We're sorry, we just don't have any appointment available till 11th August.
