The staff making appointments need to be sacked rude and then my wifes report couldnt be found. Very unorganised! No excuse when it comes to a patients health especially when unwell. Manager covers up the disgusting lies and behaviour guys avoid at all cost. My doctor wont be referring here again

The lady who answered my phone was very rude and unprofessional for call center service. Didnt help with my booking. Very disappointed. I would give ZERO

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the female staff member at the phone booking line! Insensitive and unwilling to accommodate an urgent booking! Will now go else where and notify to specialist!!! Some females dont deserve to have jobs or liaise with patients!

You pay $$$$$ to have half your report missing (high risk pregnancy)! Get asked to come back again and can't fit you in due to being fully booked. If you can't accommodate for patients then hire component sonographers who are able to complete a report. Also, you call multiple times to have your call ended or not pick at all. Thanks for the amazing service!

The office is well presented, with a very nice and lovely receptionist. With my scans, I can't thank Sonographer Melanie and Dr. Siva enough for making me feel comfortable, taking their time and performing the ultrasound with ease. I have had similar ultrasounds in the past with very poor experience. Dr. Siva and Melanie are amazing! They constantly were reassuring through out the whole scan. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
