I like to share how fraud this tutoring agency. I had my daughter came in sept 22 and enquire about tutoring. The front girl without filling up any forms just got my daughter name add n ph num and my bank account details. The course suppose to start 30/11/2022 and been told fortnightly will be charged after she starts. They start direct debit 13/10/2022 and didnt inform us. My daughter did one class on 30/11/22 and after that as we didnt like it called After few moths when i check bank statements they kept on debiting $1180 without informing us. They didnt even bothered to check why the student not attend classes and money kept debited. After we realise drop in to centre and spoke Michael the centre director and he rather than apologising blame us and said he wont refund and adked us to do whatever we want but he will not refund. This kind of attitude he have with no humbleness just he love money with fraudulent way It is our hard earned money so cant let it go already complain fairtrading and aus tutoring assoc n if requured police so that other parent doesnt come under this kind of fraud people.. All parents be aware this fraud organisation where money only counts rather than child future Informed current affairs about this fraud agency to take action

The best in the business. Sure my boys drive them crazy at times, but thanks to Micheal and his staff they have made a huge turnaround at school.
