Dr Jonathan Williamson

This place is very unprofessional. They don't care about communicating with the client. My GP refereed to this doctor and I sent all the lab results on 11th February 2021 by email. I was told that the doctor would first check the result (Triage) and if required I will be given an appointment. Since then up until today they never communicated with me. I called then couple of times to remind them about my referral or triage and they said that they would get back to me every time I called them. I never heard from them. They said the doctor was very busy. What a lame excuse as if he was busier than our prime minister!! It is so frustrating - feels like I am dealing with a bureaucratic red taped system here and not a healthcare professional. Absolutely horrible experience.

I visited Dr. Williamson and was very happy with his service. He had an honest, straight to the point approach and was able to provide solid, unbiased advice. I highly recommend.
