        While Charlie was originally responsive and helpful. He will now not answer phone calls, emails or text regarding repairs with the poor quality of workmanship. Not to mention correcting damage they did while carry out the build. Left rubbish on site, cut tiles in the grass and left them, failure to complete contracted work, put concrete dust all through my lower floor
