Went there lower back pain . Put me on the spine stretching table lol. Did about 9 visits still the same.

Before I started seeing Dr Milan at Chiropractic One, I had really bad lower back pain that had gradually got worse over the course of a couple of months. I tried back braces, heat patches and just anything to remedy the pain. The pain started affecting my day-to-day activities like driving and standing up which I thought "enough was enough" so I booked to see Dr Milan. After initial examination, he assured me that he was confident in relieving my back pain. It's been a couple of months since I have completed my sessions, I no longer feel the pain in my lower back. It has helped me regain control of my life.

I had severe scoliosis on coming to the clinic one year ago .my scoliosis is now gone . I changed my diet stopped taking any medications other than a prescribed pain reliever daily exercise program specific for my condition and only treatment with dr Daniel Ayala on a weekly basis. it wasn't an easy journey but I have my life back. I now go twice a month and my health is still improving. I highly recommend them and owe so much to dr. Ayala.

My whole family go there and I find them very professional and have fixed all our problems over the years due to sports injuries. My main experience has been with Dominic who does the massaging then The chiropractic side of things Dr Milan and Dr Daniel. Thank you to all of the team at chiropractic one
