Professionals Lismore - Real Estate Agents and Property Management

This has been a difficult sell due to Lismore suffering two extreme floods (both national disasters) within weeks of listing this property with the Professionals. Probate was also a long time being granted, and we even had a snake in the house at one point! As I don't live locally, and this had been my Aunt's house, much of the management of the property (and it's sale of course) was in the hands of Sharon Dowling at the Professionals. Her professionalism and attitude was exemplary. I cannot recommend her enough. Despite suffering a completely flooded office (twice in one month) and experiencing the devastation within her own extended family (just as much of Lismore did) Sharon remained on task and beyond human (especially when it came to finding the snake in the bedroom on one visit!). The property was a sweet old home of character that is now going to receive love from its new owners, but for the 12 months it sat empty and for sale while we waited patiently for probate, it was Sharon that made sure it got that love and it was Sharon that stayed positive; always keeping in mind that this would be someone's dream, it would only be a matter of time. Her communication was top-shelf - always returning calls, always keeping me informed, her humour, dedication, advice and overall professionalism was outstanding. I would recommend her as someone to sell your home, but I would also say she would be a fair and very honest agent to buy from too. A rare thing.

Sharon Dowling and the whole team at Professionals Lismore are so caring and supportive. They made a difficult time, post flood in Lismore all the more bearable through helping me secure a safe, stable rental and sensitively marketing my flooded property for sale as is and navigating that journey with me for the best possible outcome for me and the house.
