Do not recommend using this company Poor service and poor communications Never fulfilled order and first delivery many weeks late from agreed time Blocks ordered far below standard of others used prior and had to return many. Had to eventually ask for refund many times and regular phone call chase ups. Buy at your own risk!!!

I suggest you look at their other reviews under the Maroota address and take heed. Do not deal with this company hiding behind their website claims of credits, returns and customer service. Paid just under $5,000 up front for sandstone from their quarry, no delivery of my goods after many arrangements and promises. Have been chasing a refund for months now while the owner Michael seems to happily text back a response that the credit will be raised next week or my last reply a week ago "will be done in the next hour" They have totally disregarded and ignored any notice from Fair Trading. This matter is now in the hands of my solicitor to recover money owed which they advised I had to pay prior to any supply of goods or deliveries. This has been going on for close on 6 months now. These other reviews outline the same issues I have received from them.

This company has been the worst experience of my life. Litterly the worst company i have ever dealt with, Asked for payment up front then dont deliver on time and then just ignore you, Im still waiting to hear from someone months later. Unbelievable they treat their customers like this. Please avoid at all cost!

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and conflict resolution. Purchased 40 A grade stones and 4 stones have split in half, 2 of those stones are so soft I can dig holes in it with my fingers. Buyer beware, sub par material and no quality guarantee at all.
