I have been training with Simon for almost 7 years and am so impressed by his knowledge, care and professionalism. I started training in my 30s and was intimidated by the gym. Simon took the time to ease me into a training routine. He has also supported me greatly with nutrition. Simon stands out from other trainers because he is entirely focussed on long term benefits rather than immediate gains. I now train with him 5 days a week and enjoy it immensely. If you want a great trainer then look no further than Simon Says You Can.

Excellent service with trainers who will push you but also respect your boundaries and limitations. I thoroughly recommend those in the Leichhardt/Balmain/Rozelle area to give Shannon, Simon and the Simon Says team a try!

Simon has not only changed the way I train but given me the tools to easily continue to train when not in a personal session with him . Following a simple but extremely effective program he has made specifically for me. I only need to train 3 days a week and most sessions don't take me more than 45mins. I feel fantastic time rich and on track to achieving my goals in a healthy safe manner. Thank you Simon
