Excellent service and would totally recommend this company to others! I had a very positive experience in dealing with this company when I was researching to buy new equipment for my practice. Katherine Bouari from Customer Service was so very helpful in answering my questions and concerns about the equipment, helping me to choose the ones best suited to me. She took so much time to look after me. Due to this very lovely experience I decided to give my business to this company. I bought the DL5 Dermlite and the Dermlite Lumio Duo. The service here is fantastic: combination of high work ethic, professionalism plus care! Would definitely be coming back again.

Just had an amazing experience purchasing a Dermlite DL5 Dermatoscope from Macquarie Med. I purchased it through their Ebay store and excited to find that the item was in stock and was $150 dollars cheaper. I had a query about the postage and spoke to Kathryn who was very friendly and helpful. I also got a $120 rebate from Ebay which was total icing on the cake.
