        Had a great visit today at Westpac Leichhardt. I had to do a large transfer from my account and was helped by Olga. No problems, explained it all. Thanks :) and thanks Gloria who helped me sort out my Handycard. Service still exists here, just be a polite customer and say thanks. Di

        Had a great experience setting up a bank account at this branch. Indu was really polite and offered great advice. She gave us useful information and went above and beyond with helping us with our banking needs. Thanks very much again Indu for your help! :)

        I have contacted the Leichhardt Westpac branch on multiple occasions with no success - the voicemail message indicates your call will be returned same day, let me assure this is not the case - I am still waiting. Very disappointing service and Google reviews to match. An investigation into the operation of this branch by Westpac Head Office should occur. I strongly disagree with the Westpac slogan 'we are here to help' and have lodged a complaint to Customer Service and will be looking to bank elsewhere. As with other reviewers I would also give zero stars. Recommend highly using another branch
