I value customer service and tend to only leave reviews for those who deserve it. Searching for a competent and professional accounting and taxation service had always been difficult. Every year I would discontinue using my service in the hopes of finding a new accountant who also provided decent customer service, you know, for example, an accountant who promptly answered your phone calls and emails, kept your file in good order, lodged documents in good time and provided up to date, excellent advice. When Inner West Tax came recommended to me, I thought I'd give it a try, since it couldn't be any worse than the others I'd already used. That was 6 years ago and I'm still using their service. My experience with them has shown me that customer service, professionalism and knowledge can co-exist in the industry. Inner west tax is fabulous. They caught me up with 10 years of back tax and continue to keep me up to date. My returns are prepared promptly and they deal with any queries from the ATO. Professional and efficient! I highly recommend IWT.

Inner west tax helped me catch up on nine years back tax. Now I get a reminder that my tax is due. I am never late with it and never worried. I recommended four friends to Ellie and years later we are all still her grateful clients. I cannot recommend IWT highly enough.
