Dr Joanna Lee

I dont agree with the negative reviews. Dr Lee spent 30 mins going over my MRI and explaining things in detail. In addition I was also given the opportunity to ask questions. At no point did I feel the appointment was rushed. I highly recommend Dr Lee.

I do not agree with those negative responses whatsoever! Dr Lee saw me and spent at least 40 mins, going over my MRI, explaining things to me in such fine detail and ensuring that I understood everything that I needed to do to manage my pain and condition. Not only did she not speak to me about meds, but advised on appropriate exercises and the care to take with my back. But I guess there are individuals that choose to besmirch the good name of someone trying to do the right thing for once in this corrupt health system.

Did not ask any questions regarding my condition. Did not conduct a neurological exam or ask about any symptoms I have. She only referred to the MRI. Told me to manage pain with meds as many of her patients do. Told me to increase Lyrica for pain (currently taking up to 450mg/24 and that it is safe to take ongoing. (There was a story on A Current Affair 28/09 regarding addiction to Lyrica). I do not want to live on pain meds... My GP was not very happy at all. I am seeking a second opinion. No concern for my well being at all.

I had the same experience and the review below. The appointment lasted no longer than 10 minutes and I was offered no new information that I hadn't already received from my GP prior. Dr Lee sent me for a scan and prescribed Lyrica - both of which my GP had already done (under medicare). Was really disappointed
