        We consulted Dr Fiona Arrowsmith for my teenage son (13 years) to see if he was getting all the nutrition needed. We mainly had a vegetarian diet and wasnt sure if this was enough for my growing son. We had an initial consultation with Fiona and found her to be an expert in this area. She gave us an excellent plan and what exactly needs to be in my sons diet. Since then weve had great results. Thank you Fiona for your guidance and expertise. Madu
