I saw Bess for help with a couple of small injuries and they had by far the best approach compared to any allied health professional I've seen. Their diagnostic questioning and testing was so thorough I was confident in her diagnosis and by following her treatment plan my issue was resolved within days.

I started seeing Erin towards the end of my 2nd trimester of pregnancy to treat a few issues and continued to see her post partum also. Erin is friendly, honest and genuine and I instantly felt comfortable with her. I was so inspired by her knowledge and passion for the female body and have since learnt so much myself and am much more in tune with my body. As my appointments were becoming more spread out, and I no longer needed to see Erin, I instantly felt like a little piece was missing. I told her this, as she was like my security blanket! But, all good things come to an end which means she did an amazing job at helping me and I am now feeling so good 4 months post partum. I have already recommended a few people to see Erin as it is so important to see a female physio prior to pregnancy even if you dont think youre having any issues because it really does prepare you for the birth and the post partum healing journey. Again, thank you so much Erin and you will be seeing me again!

Erin is an incredible practitioner- not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she is down to earth and compassionate, and just all round lovely. She has helped significantly with some issues I was having throughout my pregnancy and postpartum, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Erin.
