        Yesterday I was looking forward to Your famous Reuben, hadnt had one for a while. It was horrible! Tough fatty meat, hardly any dressing no sauerkraut. VERY disappointed that I wasted $16!!!! I wont go back and no one else should buy one either!

        One of the worst cafes Ive been to in Newcastle! First time ordering from Sherwood - Kotara, I chose curbside pickup but when I noticed my order wasnt delivered within my time slot, I got out of the car to check on my order and found it waiting on the counter unattended while the staff were standing around chatting. Today I decided to give them another chance and they failed miserably. I had asked for no chilli on my smashed avo and PAID EXTRA to add feta but they didnt follow any of my order notes. Their customer service also sucks - very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I certainly wont be ordering from here again!
