I recently had the BEST customer experience ever - I only wish I know the name of the staff member to commend him publicly. My husband and I were exiting our car outside of the store, and I was holding an empty vacuum bags' cardboard box I took with me for reference to the store, so I know what brand I need to buy. The guy inside noticed the box in my hands before we even entered the store, and while we were approaching the customer service desk to ask for and buy this item- he produced it and placed it in front of us, casually, like a magician. :) Plain awesome!

Basically selling expensive products that don't last despite their guarantees. No offer for refund. Purchased vacuum robot for $1500 got possibly 50 uses out of it, it had no more than 12 months of use. Kept breaking down, eventually after 'servicing', Godfrey's declared they didn't have the part anymore (it had only been 3 years old). The salesperson said they 'can't be beaten on price', but they sure can be beaten on quality and value. The salespeople sure know how to sell vacuums but don't know what to do with them when a problem occurs. I try to support speciality shops, but no longer Godfreys.

Today I was helped by thomas and he was so nice and told us all about the vacuum we were looking at and noticed us and asked if we needed help in the first 30 seconds such good services
