Prof Bird is wonderful, but this practice is the most unprofessional and poorly managed practice in existence. They were supposed to call me months ago but never did. So I call during their business hours and they never answer, or the line is busy for hours, and today my call finally connected (after literally weeks of trying) and after more than 90 minutes on hold they hang up at exactly 5pm. HOW DARE THEY?! We call during their listed open times and it takes hours to get through 6 people, AND THEN THEY DON'T EVEN FINISH ANSWERING THE CALLS OF PEOPLE WHO CALLED WELL AND TRULY WITHIN THE TIME THEY SAY?! Replace your management and reception team

Referred for urgent referral from doctor. Was on hold for 50 mins before phone was answered. Told I would be called back to confirm regarding appointment. 2 weeks later no return call.

Great doctor and helped me recover from bad inflammatory disorder. Took a year to find the right doctor so I could be diagnosed. He explained a lot and had patients for my questions. It was a relief to find a doctor who knew what I had.
