The Umbra team were exceptional. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. Very reliable and trustworthy. They also have pride in their work, which is hard to come by these days. I was not satisfied with a tiny detail of the pergola installation and instead of a quick fix, they completely redid that section because they wanted it to be perfect. I would definitely recommend them. Edit: I have used Umbra again for another project recently. They were more expensive than the alternative quotes, but they presented a better solution and I knew I could count on their workmanship. I was not disappointed. The job initially looked like it required scaffolding, so I prepared myself for the additional expense. When installation time arrived, Dejan and his team attempted the job without scaffolding to try and save me money. They did a great job despite it taking them about 5 times longer than the job normally would if they had used scaffolding. They sacrificed their time and saved me thousands. I have no hesitation recommending them for any job, big or small. They were initially found during a Google search, but now if I have another job, they will be the first I will consider.

Amazing work, love the product and the service! Dejan and his team is very reliable, trustworthy and extremely attention to details. Umbra Outdoor Livings has built the pergola for me with automated aluminium louvres and glass closure. This has extended our living area and we also can enjoy the outdoors without the hassles of contending with the weather elements. The sliding doors with double glazed panels are soundproof too. Dejan has followed up everything through to completion. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. Thanks a lot and excellent work!
