Felicity the receptionist from the office is absolutely useless. I have asked the receptionist to send me the test result and also asked her to talk to DR Madhuri Debi to send the result to my new doctor or email it to me. They refuse to send it to me because the doctor said i need to see her and discuss the result that we have already discussed previously. I think the doctor try to charge medicare for no reason and also charge me for this. This is something illegal. Never ever go to this doctor and office anymore.

Front staff are so rude not polite and cant handle or accept the mistakes which they have done. Actually my appointment was 12pm and i reached around 11.45 and I did let the one of the lady (who was with glass) And she said have a seat all doctors will call you soon and I waited almost 2 hours and I went to the receptionist and say how many patients left before me the she said whats your name and when I said My name she said why dont tell us and I said I told you 2 hour earlier then she said( the lady with short hair) no no no so rudely then another lady went to the doctors room where doctor didnt have any patient to check and both lady were doing gossip and laughing which was not good customer service I guess.but doctors apologized he treated me so nicely which means a lot to me

The doctors were nice but the receptionist (brown coloured) was very rude.. She needs to learn some customer service skills

I showed up to pick up my test results and they charged me $80. Didn't tell me that I had to pay, didn't mention that I could have gotten the results over the phone, terrible service! Do not go to them. Absolutely ruined my morning and cost me my lunch money. They should be investigated and put out of business. Absolute daylight robbery!
