        The receptionist on the phone call to arrange appointments/enquires, has appalling mannerisms in a state that gives the facility a highly negative image outlook. Highly suggested a more better customer service representation or a new receptionist in general as very unwelcoming & unpleasant.

        Dr.Canagasingham is an excellent Doctor.We appreciate his professional expertise, respectful behaviour and compassion.He explains things in detail and facilitates in decision making.He was accommodating with appointments as we had time constraints.I can not thank him enough for helping my dad to recover from prostrate cancer.I would also like to thank Cathy at the reception for being the go- to person and for her pleasant nature.
