        Very disappointing this business. I asked for a quotation twice over a 2 week period, both times i had to followup and was told i'd have a quote emailed and never received. In business please don't tell someone your going to do something and not do it. Be honest. If your too busy or not interested let people know. Don't waste their time and be dishonest. It's poor form and you won't go far in business doing that. I hope for your sake your improve and learn from this

        Send them some emails and dont response. Saw their videos in YouTube and looks like they provide quality assistance and product. Turned up to their premises and looks like theyre not even interested to talk to me after 1 hour driving. Very disappointing and waste of time. They may have a good craftsman product but beware of the customer service seems to be very poor.
