        Shared a mixed grill, asked for an extra plate and cutlery, handed me a bowl and a dirty spoon and fork to cut chops and steak etc. Kransky must have been cooked from frozen as it was stone cold, took it back and appolgised for being a pain but asked for it to be cooked, after putting it back in the fryer she comes to the window and repeatedly rings the bell to get my attention, slams it down and gives me the filthiest look Its not my fault you Can't cook a sausage in a deep fryer properly love. Staff were so rude over my minor requests. Will speak to the manager next time im in there
