MSI Australia - Penrith Abortion & Contraception Clinic

Had made 3 online bookings. Been left on hold for 1 and half hours on 2 separate occasions. Cannot get in contact with anyone to make an in clinic booking. physically went to clinic and was turned away as cannot book appointment in person. Had to book online or over telephone. The services on line and over telephone are terrible. Not one follow up call or anyone to answer the telephone. Stuck on hold for over an hour.

This centre has very friendly and understanding staff. They thoroughly explained everything to me and all members of staff were extremely kind and professional. I cannot fault the care I recieved at all and would definitely reccomend this place to others in the future. They provided me with pamphlets that contained a lot of useful information and also explained the information contained within it. If a termination is unsuccessful, they offer a follow up appointment that is free of charge. Marie Stopes also offers free counseling to clients, which can be accessed at any point before or after. I felt supported and cared for the whole time.

Stressed out for days about coming here but the team were great, everyone was professional and organised while communicating very well. Would highly recommend to anyone that is thinking about getting the snip!

Had vasectomy done at this center. The staff was well trained and very friendly. Credit goes to Dr Matthew Maserson for keeping me well informed during the procedure with minimum to no pain.
