Would give no stars, but had to give one to leave review, would not recommend this company, rude and arrogant, they lie and make promises to the vulnerable and grieving, told would be a few months, almost a year and a half later and finally done this morning.

Bax Bros Monuments in Kingswood were recommended to us, and i had seen some of they're work in different cemeteries, and what i saw was really good, the reason we chose them was because they're a family owned and a family run business, Don is the owner and he's brother Cliff and Don's son build the Monuments, so all monuments are built buy the family itself and not contractors like others, the price was right, the service was good, and they sat down with us for over an hour, on 2 separate occasions, not to mention the other occasions i dropped in and saw them, they didn't rush or pressure us in making our decision , and they said my fathers monument would be built in 4-5 months, from the time we paid the deposit, and it was! I can highly recommend Bax Bros....
