There are no signs telling you where the person, organisation is when you get to the floor. As for the parking not pressed I was there 49 mins that's was what the ticket told me and I do agree. However, I was charged $7.17 not the 1 hour rate of $4.00 but of a rip off.

I would like to thank all the Lady Staff who looked after me during my recovery for Shoulder Surgery. I Felt like a King. This Place is the Taj Mahal of Private Hospitals.

Really well run, lots of staff on hand to assist us with booking in for our Covid shots. Made it a very easy process.

Attended the clinic for my first vaccination dose today. Really grateful to the clinic owners for facilitating! The underground parking is $4 for an hour. There was a bit of a line on ground floor to get into the lift to go to 3 but the staff are assisting getting everyone up. Once you're up there you're asked a few questions and they give you a number and you take a seat in a large room. When they call the numbers (a few at a time) you're lead into a room where you check in with a nurse and then go around a corner to line up for the vaccination. I had my husband with me and they were happy for him to wait till I'd checked in so we could line up together. The vaccine nurse are in little open booths and will ask a few more questions before giving you the vaccine. They then provide some information on side effects. The vaccine itself is almost painless and very quick. You're then asked to sit and wait for 15 minutes to watch for symptoms and when that times up you check out. Doctors are available to help before and after the vaccine. We didn't have to wait too long.
