Alf from Live Free Hypnotherapy has an amazing calming nature, his presence is notable whilst gaining your trust to use building blocks to face my life long fear, that I thought had been dealt with. I worked with Alf for many many visits, learning breathing techniques, managing to address my fear and proudly saying I can now view this fear without hiding behind or peaking through my hands Theres no way this would have been possible without Alfs professional guidance as my fear had controlled a lot of my decision making throughout my life and was notably evident in my undiagnosed and suppressed anxiety towards this fear.
