Hi, went to see "Les" who I assume is the proprietor of this businesses. I came ro him with a cracked glass door to my woodheater, with Les happy to have a look at it and see what he could do. Being an older heater I was unsure whether to invest in a new unit or have the flass fixed. Amongst of things we discussed repositioning the heater which involves installing a bend in the flu. I'm a nurse and completely ignorant about handyman skills and was unsure whether this was a specialised skill or something that could be purchased off the shelf from bunnings - or some such, i genuinely don't know! As soon as i mentioned bunnings his demeanour changed and I was genuinely confused if he was maiking a joke or was being serious, as he seemed very upset. I (tried) to explain that I didn't know how this worked or how specialised the piece was. In short Les was having none of it, accused me of wasting his time and to go back to Tasmania. I was in genuine shock about how this escalated so quickly and was offered no chance to explain the "misunderstading" in short i was tokd to take the fireplace door and leave immediately. I would give this guy 0 stars if possible, being a nurse of 20 years ive got a pretty thick skin and have a great deal of tolerance. But my advice to others, unless they like being spoken too in such a way, avoid this guy, he obviously doesn't listen or give a chance to be heard - save yourself the time and go elsewhere. But hey, in the end Les attitude led me to another establishment who were friendly, informative and more than happy to help. So helpful in fact, that I spent 4.5k on high end products. So thanks champ, very happy not to deal with you and your business.

Excellent service. I purchased a Turbo 10 fireplace factory direct from Les, along with a complete flu-kit, custom made metal-work for the fireplace surrounds & installation. The heater itself is top quality and looks great. The installation from Paul and Co was exceptional - very difficult install via an old chimney and high roof to my place in Springwood. Paul also supplied and fitted some tiles to go below the heater in keeping with the original Victorian fireplace. They got the job done neatly and properly and vacuumed afterwards. These guys do things properly - highly recommended.
