I have always found my Dermatologist Dr See to be pleasant and personable. He didnt hesitate to remove a mole recently before it caused any problems.

Have to agree with previous reviewer, really rude person on reception when I rang. No welcome or courtesy, just bark stuff at you. Not great for front of house in a "caring" profession...

The doctors at Nepean dermatology are extremely nice and respectful. On the other hand the receptionist are rude and disrespectful, every time I go in for my appointment they are gossiping and trash talking previous clients amongst themselves. They arent nice and seem to make it known to everyone how miserable they are. Even on the phone! I called to reschedule an appointment and to my dismay the lady was rude, sighed and hung up on me before Id even finished asking her about the details to my next appointment. its very sad to see someone whose meant to give you a good service be so rude and arrogant.

I turned up to my appointment 10 minutes before. I checked in and extremely rude receptionist said we dont have your referral. I said well you rang me to make the appointment, then she got even ruder and told me I needed to ring my GP and get them to resend it! I told her no and that their lack of filing wasnt my problem. She then said well you cant see the doctor without it. I ended up ringing my GP and they resent it. Went and saw the doctor about my hidradenitis suppurativa to discuss treatment and also about a growth on my leg. They took a biopsy from my leg and didnt tell me it would cost an extra $170. Then he told me that he cant help me with my hidradenitis suppurativa and said I need a specialist in this disease and he would need to refer me on, when I know that dermatologists are able to treat this as per my GP s advice $445 for a 5 minute talk and a biopsy, absolutely ridiculous. Conclusion - Receptionists are incredibly rude, appointments run late, Overcharges, Lack of knowledge from doctors around conditions they should know about I will not be back
