went to get my wisdom teeth removed and was so nervous but the dental surgeon and assistant made me feel so calm and provided me with the best care. I love coming here and being able to trust dental care to give me the best care with guaranteed trust. Amazing service and people!!

Ive been coming here since I was a little girl, this morning I accidentally missed my appointment, the receptionist rebooked my appointment at 4:30pm. I ended up calling back and asked to see if can be seen 30 minutes earlier because I almost forgot that I have work at 5pm. I started to get more and more upset because I asked the receptionist to ask the dental doctor for me and she stated that she already has when she was actually talking to me the whole time. Yes I know I shouldnt have missed my appointment. I have been having trouble sleeping for over 2 years. I havent eaten in 2-3 days because of my gums! I waited patiently for 5 weeks for my dental doctor to come back on holidays. I was begging for help and the receptionist was arguing back to me when I was crying my eyes out because I was trying to tell her that I may end up in hospital because I CANT EAT!! Ive been having trouble with this receptionist ever since the start of the year. She doesnt know how to actually talk to a sad/scared and frustrated customer over the phone to EVEN claim them down!! Im sorry but Im cant go to a dentist when a worker doesnt know how to claim down a situation The receptionist was even raising her voice when I was trying to explain everything to her, I was SOO upset I just ended up hanging up.
