It is with great pleasure that we are able to recommend Gardner Construction to any potential clients. 2022 was a difficult year to undertake a building project with material shortages. incessant rain and a high demand for quality tradesmen making the task very challenging. However the team at GC worked tirelessly on their promise and overcame all hurdles to create a wonderful renovation for us. From the outset Owen, Matt and the office team were well organised. We were shown how to use the Coconstruct management software to keep a record of communications and to keep track of financials. Our onsite manager, Shaun, was excellent in every respect - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He ensured that all work was finished to a high standard and we were completely satisfied. No request was overlooked and any problems were dealt with in a calm and timely manner. Many people have visited our house and they all agree that the transformation is amazing. Our home has changed from a tired old semi into open spaces filled with light that new and expansive views. We are thankful to the Gardner family and all the tradesmen that worked on our project. Gardner Construction completed a high-quality full renovation of our former single-level semi into an amazing light-filled two-storey architect-designed dream home. We selected Gardener Construction after reviewing builders in the area and consideration of the demonstrated standard and quality of prior builds, price and feedback from clients on their working relationship with each builder and their team. We felt confident with our decision having received personal recommendations from friends and acquaintances, as well as the professionalism, knowledge and integrity demonstrated throughout the tender process. We are happy to say that Gardener Construction did not let us down.Working with the Gardner team including Owen, Matt, Shaun and Sarah made the entire build an enjoyable experience. Gardner delivered in terms of both the quality of construction and design of all our joinery. Owen provided highly valuable advice throughout the entire process regarding design, buildability and costs. Owen always strives to deliver on expectations and the customer experience, recognising that for many people (including us) a major renovation represents a significant life-changing experience with high expectations.
