I was talked into some 10 washes outside and 5 outside/inside cleans that cost me a lot which I was actually quite happy to do, however, I was away for 3 months overseas and got quite ill upon my return with over a month stay in hospital.
They have since changed the setup to be automated by a machine now which I absolutely do not want as its a $200k+ sports car, and told me that what I paid for has expired and is no longer honoured - even though I had already paid for it!
Such a shame. The cleaning guys were always friendly and polite. Sometimes they would forget to tyre shine or wipe the water off from inside the doors but always did it once I pointed it out.
I dont see the problem if its something that has already been paid for.
Safe to say I wont be going back again..
