        Slow, antiquated systems and processes. People are generally friendly and helpful but management needs to bring them into the 21st century. There are other banks and credit unions that do it better

He kept me updated throughout the process and I felt I was in safe and experienced hands. Any new customer will be lucky to have him. Thanks also to SCCU for the great fixed rate for the car loan.
