Victor and his team were amazing to work with and did an excellent job on the flooring of my unit. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with which type of material to go with and was very accommodating with changes in dates. Despite being overseas for a couple of weeks, Victor was constantly in touch with myself and his team to coordinate the job and I couldnt have asked for better service. Highly recommended!!

We were looking for a particular floorboard and these had just what we were after. Very knowledgeable about their products. Price was great. Recommended to anyone looking for flooring.

Very happy with this coy They miscalculated & shor.t delivered & when I spoke to them about it no the redelivered the short amount At the end of the job we had several boxes left over & they took them back & issued a credit no questions asked I can highly recommend them to anyone

We were served by Jamie, who was great, and Frank (?) our measurer was also very good, but then things seemed to have been lost in translation. Were told Quote would be ready the next day, but it didnt arrive until 3 days later - no biggie - and we were then asked what suburb we lived in - huh? We filled in the application and the measurer came to our house! And then there seemed to be a large discrepancy between what we were told about pricing on our first visit, and what we received as a quote. Still need to sort that out.
