Appointments get handed out and when you get there after fasting all morning as a pregnant woman, they havent even opened! When you call them, they tell you they have no idea if/when they will open that day and tell you to make sure someones working in this branch the next time you make an appointment! Its ridiculous! I told them I dont work for them and its their job to make sure there is someone at their center before giving out appointments. Zero apologies given out!
Once they took more vials of blood for me than was necessary and joked about it! Please stay away from this lab! Bunch of jokers!
