        Its a great location for karate where everyone is encouraged to participate and to have fun. The instructors are great and Im thankful to them for teaching me from when I was a kid.

        Started my classes here on Wednesday nites in 2017. Great trainers providing excellent training sessions. Highlight is the sparring sessions.

        My son started here years ago, the instructor/s collect the kids from after school care and take them back. The kids have a ball and the emphasis is on self discipline while learning. The have a great retention rate and as the students develop to Junior Black Belt they can become assistant instructors giving them some responsibility as they learn to talk to a group. There is also an adults class here conducted in the same environment. Overall I highly recommend any of the AYK locations.
