Friendly staff but a little slow serving coffee even when quiet

I have been there 2 Saturday afternoons and it wasn't good. Both times it was a very warm day and we sat inside. The door was open, because of this the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly and the flys were annoying. The seating is torn and old. The staff member was not very friendly, kept us waiting, carried the glasses to the table by holding the top of the glass. Not very hygienic. There was a very poor selection of cakes, they looked like they had been there for a long time. When asked how old the banana bread was she did not know. I will not be going back.

Bad experience we were there to order pizzas take away, waited 20 minutes picked up order drove home to find 2 where the wrong pizzas, bye the time back in car to take back pizzas at least 1hr, they refused to change pizzas that where cold, had to speak to manager by phone who tried to make out it was our fault, told me they can't afford things like this , even though they made the mistake of wrong pizzas, Never again,

Had no choice becauae they don't have a negative star rating. The pizzas are pathetic they taste burnt and the regular size is not even enough for my 4year old. Never going back there again. You guys suck. Was told you where good
