AAA service, very competitive fees. I've interacted with Cindy from Sure Conveyancing several times for a few properties. Her communication via in-person, phone, email & SMS, is incredibly professional. She gets straight to the point and answered every question which helped me navigate through a very tight settlement window during the new year period. She also picks up on and includes every bit of detail from pre-exchange of contracts to settlement in her incredibly easy-to-understand documents/ letters which are detailed, organised and succinct. Her fees were incredibly competitive compared to other conveyancers that my friends used during their home purchases, a highly recommended service for any new home owner or seller.

Absolutely terrible experience, this conveyancer failed to examine the exchange of the contract of sale, she had knowingly approved and confirmed of a purchase where the land size was different to the post-survey taken. She failed to properly investigate throughly through property title searches as that was her job to do so. She in writing confirmed this fault prior to the closing of the sale even when she was working 'on my behalf' absolutely ridiculous, will never use your services or recommend to anybody. She failed to completing any final checks prior to settlement and when I asked her about it she said 'sorry the contracts been closed now, nothing I can do about it' we'll see when we're in the court of law and how your mistake cost me a lot more due to investment purchasing for investment purposes.
