If I could give them less than one star, I would. I had booked a commercial floor quote a couple of weeks back. I conversed with Karen over email, I gave her all the details regarding my location. Their tradesperson was meant to meet me at 4.30pm and I called at 4.35pm only to be told that he "didn't know the job was inside a centre and he didn't have capacity for commercial work". Maybe, here's an idea, don't book people in for commercial quotes if you're not doing commercial work. They have wasted my time. I've since learned the "tradesperson" who did this, is the owner. That's all I needed to know.

My wife and I couldn't recommend Floor master at Kincumber more highly! Extremely professional operators, Scott and his team deliver such a high standard of workmanship with a great eye for detail, they also supply quality products and stand by their work. Were are so happy with our new hybrid flooring and carpet. It was a big job and our thanks go out to Scott, Karen & all the team who provided professional outstanding service. They were all so lovely to deal with. Would definitely use them again and will be recommending this business going forward. Great job!!
