Our decision to get a pre-settlement inspection completed by Jarrat @ Building Inspections Sydney was well worth the investment. Given all the dramas with high rise buildings in Sydney over the past few years it was important to us to make sure we were not buying into an expensive mistake. The comprehensive inspection and detailed report we received has proven to be GOLD! There were many defects found in our apartment and having them documented by a qualified inspector carried much more weight than we as "mere owners" could have brought to bear on the builder. Furthermore, Jarrat found things that an untrained eye would not have seen and that might not have revealed themselves until long after any warranties had expired.
