David came to inspect our pool and surroundings yesterday. He was prompt, polite and very helpful. He explained everything in clear and easy to understand language and didnt baffle us with science! We explored several options towards compliance and talked through the advantages and disadvantages of each. He talked us through his supporting documents which illustrated in picture format, the common issues alongside the compliant diagram. Very visual and easy to understand. His overall experience means that he can provide workable solutions to issues. We found him to be very professional and efficient. Carol is also very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Overall we would be happy to recommend Pool Certify to others.

The man was hell bend on proving non compliance of our pool, noting plants inside the pool area that had no climbable integrity. I used the council after this and had a more measured response to this compliance of the pool fence wasted over $300

I've just bought a house with a non-compliant pool and after dealing with David some years ago, came back for advice on how to comply. David was very helpful in explaining options for me so that I could go ahead and easily comply. Glad to find that the fix was easier than I thought when you seek out the right advice it can save a lot of stress and cost.
