    Customer service and staff attitude is poor because of the owner. Do yourselves a favour and just shop somewhere else!

    Great to have this in Katoomba. Can get better quality than at Big W or K Mart which are only other local stationary places.

    Ordered envelopes from the online store which showed a green tick next to "online store", indicating that stock is available. I placed an order and didn't receive any update or tracking. After emailing the store, I was told that the item wasn't actually in stock online and was on special order. It would only dispatch after 7 business days. I asked if it could be dispatched with express post as I needed these urgently, but no response or resolution was provided. They told me they don't do express post at all. I asked if I could cancel the order, and they said I could not. The customer service agent referred me to the fine print on the website, which says, "the online store may be subject to lead times depending on stock levels". This is quite misleading as the green tick indicated that stock was available. Disappointed that there are no emails from the website about order updates or how long it would take to dispatch. I tried to login to their account to access my order. On top of that, customer service was not really helping my situation in any way and hung up the phone on me.

    Great service. Rang & spoke with Roma, ordered delivery of a printer during Covid lockdown. I expected delivery in a few days, but it arrived within 24 hours. They couldn't have been nicer, more professional or supportive. Highly recommended
