Physio Inq South Penrith

My experience at this physio Inc was traumatizing. They take advantage of people with disabilities. I was needing physio on my shoulders, neck upper back, so while face down and top clothes off, I realised after a while that this senior physio was using his phone in one hand messaging back & forth, while working on me with the other. A complaint was made to the principle. No attempt was made to contact me, nor apologise, nor offer of a refund for those last 3 sessions. Meanwhile people with disabilities are treated like they arent human at this business. I am still left not knowing what was being sent back and forth - they couldve been photos taken of me for all I know, while I lay there in a very vulnerable state. I find it abhorrent that this business supports this type of behaviour towards its most vulnerable clients.

Friendly staff, flexible booking times. Ajay was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He provided quality client care and informative, efficient and effective treatment plans. I highly recommend him and Physio Inq.

Justin really knows his stuff, identified a problem Ive had for 15 years and helped me to heal. They have lots of sweet toys like electronic sensors and explain visually with anatomy models. They have an easy online booking system updated in real time so you can plan your appointments around availabilities with your therapist.

Rose is incredible, I will be recommending her to everyone I know!! Going into my 3rd trimester of pregnancy Ive been feeling very stiff and sore. I instantly felt relief after seeing Rose for a massage and have booked in more appointments for the next few months leading up to babys arrival

A community focused practice always greeted with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. I have been regularly seeing the massage therapist Rose ongoing to help me deal with complex injurys and her remedial massage is a step above the rest. Helping relieve pain and symptoms whilst I go through rehabilitation her knowledge and skills have been crucial to my recovery plan. Thank you Rose!
