        I have been a client of Brayden's Ultimate Fitness for the last 2months. Within that time I have dropped 7kg following Brayden's training plan and meal plan. I just had a baby 5 months ago and I am now fitter then I was before I fell pregnant. I also have not been this fit and healthy in over 6years. Training with Brayden is an experience I would recommend to anyone, the knowledge he brings to every training is something I have never experienced before. Thank you Brayden for helping me feel more confident and proud of how I look and feel.
