Independent Living Specialists - Penrith Store

I urgently needed a walking frame for my dad. I phoned the store just after lunchtime and spoke to the store manager, Tahnee, she was amazing. I briefly told her the situation, and what I needed, also explaining that i didnt live locally & was struggling to get it to dad quickly. Tahnee offered to drop it off to my dad on her way home, as it was on the way.. I spoke to dad tonight and it has made an incredible difference! He is able to mobilise with little additional assistance, Something that has been an issue since being discharged from hospital on Monday. I am so grateful to Tahnee for all her help! ILS are incredibly lucky to have staff such as her!! I would highly recommend their team here.

I would like to thank Jackie for her time and customer service yesterday while shopping for a wheelchair with my wife. She is a very knowledgeable and nice person who knows her job and knows how to treat her customers and made it an enjoyable experience.

Delivery driver was very rough dropped equipment on grown and damaged our door was not happy with this service hire equipment didn't work well.wont be using this company again
