It was so good to have such a professional and inspiring upholsterer to lead us through our projects. Kate made sure we were familiar with the tools needed and how to use them, then guided us through each work task. She gave us the confidence to complete a high quality end product to take home at the end of the workshop....and we had so much fun!

Just had to say how much fun the workshops I did were and how happy I am with the results. A small group of enthusiastic students and Kate was so kind and knowledgeable. I now have two beautiful lampshades of my own making in my home.

I've done a number of upholstery workshops with Kate and have enjoyed them all. Kate is professional, a good teacher and fun to spend time with. The Parker Dining chair pictured is one of 6 chairs that I reupholstered the seats of with the expert guidance of Kate. Such an enjoyable experience to be with like-minded people and a teacher that knows how to help you get the job done. Come and join in on the fun with us soon.

Very enjoyable workshop. Learnt many new skills that I was able to apply in that class in a safe, supervised and encouraging environment. Incredibly satisfying to see the transformation of an old stool to a beautiful, newly covered in gorgeous fabric, stunning stool. Huge assortment of beautiful fabrics to choose from. Kates lovely teaching style, the surrounding beautiful countryside and learning new skills in such a supportive environment, all made for such a great day.
