Not sure where to start here, I ordered a S15 bolt in half cage back in January and get told once their finance person is in I'll get an invoice for proof of purchase the following week. After calling and messaging the invoice never came to April when the cage was delivered missing the add ons I paid for. Excuses over and over until I called to cancel then apparently it was too late to cancel my order. Now for the big problem their "bolt in Cage" that only takes basic tools to install needs the base plates welded in even though they state all over their website that they are true bolt in and their competitors are not... last time I checked Cusco/Safety 21 are true bolt in for all s chassis. Just more excuses and zero accountability. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.

9 Weeks ago I ordered an S13 National level cage that was "in stock and ready to send". Approx $5k worth with shipping to Perth. It has still not arrived. Adam has had nothing but excuses about shipping delays, boxes/crates unavailable or staff down with Covid. A painful experience as I've watched AGI post daily/weekly pics of others cages built and sent, and the S13 roll cage is still being sold as "In Stock" on the website. They're keen to take your enquiry and money straight away but multiple follow up emails and calls are required after that. Replies from Adam are usually 2 to 4 days after and don't expect him to get your name right either. Bruce, Daniel, Don - whatever goes with Adam. 0/5 stars, would not purchase again and would advise others to use another reputable manufacturer.

**I CAN NOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH** Adam and the team at AGI Engineering & Technology Group are amazing people with a huge focus on customer support. I recently purchased a used AGI bolt in half cage from someone online and when having issues fitting it, I contacted AGI and was responded to directly by Adam Gotch (the MD) and got their full support, even thou i did not purchase directly from them. Adam has arranged to get my cage updated to suit my needs, matching new plates and hardware and will also provide updated paperwork for a nominal fee. The service I have received so far is first class and I would recommend them to everyone.
