Absolutely pathetic service. I came down with an automation technician trying to find a few things. Waited as the staff member was with another client which took a while but not his fault. I wanted a roll of 4 core cable. searched for 10mins. After finding an actual rusted metal roll with old crushed up wire rolled onto it under the stairs. (At least 10 years old and bent like it was run over by a car). I take it to the counter and say do you have this type of wire but new for sale? Answer... Yeah maybe under the stairs.. He walks away to go around the counter presuming he's going to help me find it as after 10 mins i couldn't find anything. I go towards the stairs and I see him he just walked over and started taking to someone else instead. Never coming back and telling my company to cancel our account. Went to H&L instantly got everything we needed with a helpful staff member. Most pathetic effort for a business. I know people get picky and complain but even our tech goes that is the most pathetic store I have ever been to. Absolute mess and worst service ever. Actually zero service. Pretty much if I'm not happy I ignore it and just pop in somewhere else but this was so bad I decided to take the time to write this review to warn others. I presume they are the only electrical supplier in Ingleburn so people have no choice. I decided to drive to Campbelltown get everything and then drive to Glenfield for the job. Yep 10km opposite direction... they are that bad.
