Crown Doors International

In Sep 2021 I received 5 Paddington 2p Doors 2x820mm 3x720mm. After making my Doors Jambs 826mm and 726mm and installing them. When it came time to install the doors I realized that that all doors where made 816mm and 716mm. 3 doors where not square. And 4 doors had different hieghts. The 816mm door was 2040mm high on one side and 2036 high on the other. It's now December 2022. And I had to go to the same job and replace the Front Door. The door was primed and painted top and bottom. The panels on the door started to open up. And the door started to cup at the top by 20mm. STAY AWAY FROM CROWN DOORS.

We purchased a Crown door for nearly $1500 and it is falling apart after less than 12 months. It's nearly completely unusable and in need of being replaced. After trying to contact them several times because they wouldn't return our calls, they finally sent someone out who looked for any reason not to replace it, which they won't. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Crown Doors was an exceptional company to deal with. They delivered quality products within a quick time frame and had great communication. When one lot of goods was damaged in transit, they arranged for it to be picked up from my house and delivered back to them. New undamaged goods were delivered back to me within a short time frame. I would highly recommend Crown Doors for their high quality products and their great customer service.

Expected better quality for the price. Bought a door and two sidelights . Panels not solid wood but very thin veneer over mdf to mimic solid wood, be careful with the sandpaper. Also a number of joints show a lot of tear out that has been filled with putty thus not really stain grade as advertised. Beading quite rough with no attempt to ease edges. Glazing excellent but let down by the poor joinery, disappointed with the purchase
