We have purchased several machines and attachments from the team at Australian Hammer Supplies. Having a business I know the challenges faced with supply chains and staffing balanced with customer expectations. Alvaro, Chris and the Operations/Parts team worked with me to overcome any hurdles along the way to ensure we achieved the required outcome. As a retailer people don't understand the challenges back of house - I wanted Kubota's and these guys made it happen.

I have been requesting a refund for weeks now and have only received a small portion, several emails and no action. Very quick to deduct a deposit but not to refund the money when the items have been returned. Very disappointing.

Im writing a review in regards to something disturbing.. Australian Hammer Supplies reply on every negative review written about them & posted on their website is clearly computer generated as it says the same thing over and over again..very cold, no empathy and saddens me to see the lack of actual kind and individualized feed back

Many weeks ago I asked for a valuation on my Kubota F2560 an appointment was made but no one showed up. I received a call days later and another appointment was made. A young man came to my home and looked at my mower told me he will tell his manager and get back to me, he never did I rang him he said I will get back to you still nothing.. I am now the very happy owner of a Scag Cheetah 11 . Extremely disappointed with the complete no interest in my business. Bought another brand after 20 years of Kubota.
